Bulletin Board

The IAS offers this bulletin board for members to communicate directly with each other on topics of common interest, including placing or responding to classified ads (housing, employment, child care, etc.), requesting or sharing travel tips, or connecting with other members in the US or overseas.  Individual posters must be IAS members and messages must be submitted from the e-mail address on file with the IAS; the IAS will provide temporary e-mail forwarders to members posting on the bulletin board.   Messages from organizations should pertain directly to academic study, research, scholarship, or employment.  All messages will be posted at the discretion of the IAS.  Please send your notices, comments, or questions to the bulletin board manager; it may take a few days for notices to appear.

Advice Sought

Doctoral candidate working in Rome June 23 – July 13 at the Vatican Archives (ASV and Archives of the Fabbrica) seeks advice from scholars experienced in using these archives, and/or desires to meet in Rome with other researchers new to the Vatican system to discuss strategies for navigating these resources efficiently.  Please contact Erin Sutherland at ecs@italianartsociety.org.
